An experienced Account Executive will lead the project management of your project and depending on its scope, the resources assigned will either be led by an individual or a team.

During the project discovery and on-boarding stages, we’ll outline a calendar which will clearly outline the deliverables which will be mutually agreed on prior to working on your project and updated throughout it as well.

The scope of a project drives the completion time so if you have a pressing deadline, a premium can be paid to expedite the deliverables in the case that our project work loads at any given time requires the same.

In order to stay on track with the project management process, the deadlines are set to coincide with specific milestones so if your feedback is missed, we may or may not be able to consider the aforementioned.

We’ll initially need to discover your needs then develop the solutions that address the problems. We’ll be in continual contact with you during the process and your timely feedback and collaboration will be of essence.
